Day 02 - A picture of you and the person you have been close with for awhile.

so last night before bed my roommate and I were talking about lord of the flies... it was the only book I had to read in high school that I actually enjoyed... and we were talking about what would happen if there were no dons in residence... I think it would be like lord of the flies but less intense... If you think about it dons dont really do anything... its the fear of what can happen if they catch you doing something wrong that keeps it sane. I never really thought about why I do the things I do... but I did last night and Im sure a million people have thought of this before me but I was so boggled... anyway here it is... what people think is wrong is only wrong if they are getting a negative consequence for doing it. basically its classical conditioning but I never thought of it in the sense of a society working together and knowing what is "right" and what is "wrong"... Im going to stop here I feel like im not making sense anymore

sunday morning rain is falling. steal some covers share some skin

its not actually raining but its sunday and I like that song... anyway

so sundays are pretty rad... I used to hate sundays because it meant the weekend is over... which is unfortunate but its okay on days when I dont have to work.

I am kind of sad though... but not really I have nothing to really be sad about... I feel like I am missing something or missing out on something great... its quite unsettling...

I dont think I would ever want to be psychic... I would hate knowing what people actually think about... I feel like people have a lot worse things to say than they appear... we have strong filters

the roommates and I are currently chilling in our living room and its nice... drinking tea and reading... I dont know maybe I just enjoy the simple things? hahah man

the weekend was radical as well... oktoberfest is so much fun! I look forward to it every year and its just so great! last night we had a bunch of people over and played trivial pursuit... I cant remember the last time I actually enjoyed playing a board game... it was so great... I sucked at it... but it was great...

so today I was sitting in my living room watching a little criminal minds and one of my roommates were upstairs I guess rolling around on her chair... but it did not sound like that in the slightest... it sounded like there was a dog growling RIGHT behind me! it scared the crap right out of me... almost literally

so we wanted to make our house homey and cute so we put up pictures of the 6 of us in the living room... but there is a switch that we arent allowed to touch right in the middle of the pictures... it bothers me every time I look at it

I dont know what to wear for thanksgiving...

its cold here now... thats pretty damn lame... my tan is practically gone... thats pretty much all I had going for me... and the post summer depression begins folks

so we have these neighbours and Im not going to lie I am often tempted to break in their windows and scare the shit out of them... either they are all really loud or there is about 80 people living in that house that dont have school and feel like they should only speak in outdoor voices...

I want to get a morph suit

well, I did the marathon... and I think I did pretty well I finished at 2 hours and 32 minutes... it was pretty sweet but oh my god do my legs hurt... I am so sore I cant even walk up stairs... and I live on the 3rd floor... I guess its the pull out couch for me this week... I am currently hanging out in the crawl space with my roommate wearing my half marathon medal (I know, I'm awesome)... listening to lil wayne with his poster in here... its his birthday... happy birthday you hard core rapper/criminal you... you're awesome

my roommate and I are thinking of new goals this year and they are not academic... its great to see where our priorities are...

it's a big hard sun

well well well I am back again... as per usual camp was radical! I had a lot of fun and I got to bring my camera (marshall) which was so awesome I got some great shots I think...

so other than that I dont have anything more to say Im back in waterloo and live in a new house so that is pretty ballin... new job which so far is also pretty ballin... none of this harveys crap anymore hahah

I saw some pretty brutal movies this summer like splice and prince of persia... just awful... to the maker of prince of persia... dont hire an all white cast and have them speak in british accents when they are supposed to be from persia... it just makes you look dumb... also... get a better story line... I already have seen aladdin
