another day another life passes by just like mine It's not complicated
HAPPY NEW YEAR!
fitness: Ive been keeping up with my daily workouts despite the holidays and I have also decided to cut wheat out of my diet except for breakfast (because I only eat cereal or bagels for breakfast haha)
photography: nothing new, winter is a boring season and its cold out so I am less inclined to leave my house unless I have to. I have sort of gotten into reading blogs there is the obvious perezhilton that Ive always loved but I also really like swaglikeme.com and stylishthought.com as well. I have also been reading a lot of articles on psychologytoday its really interesting!

I love you, for sentimental reasons
music: I am really into jazz lately this is a good mix if youre interested http://8tracks.com/dismantled47/coffeehouse-jazz
photography: havent taken any pictures lately I dont usually in the winter because everything looks ugly in the city during the winter but who knows I may go out and find the ugliest part of toronto in the winter
fitness: still working out all the time but eating healthy is getting hard this time of year... Im trying though!
criminal minds quoted this poem by robert frost and I really liked it so I thought Id share it...
Stopping By Woods on a Snowy Evening
Whose woods these are I think I know.
His house is in the village though;
He will not see me stopping here
To watch his woods fill up with snow.
My little horse must think it queer
To stop without a farmhouse near
Between the woods and frozen lake
The darkest evening of the year.
He gives his harness bells a shake
To ask if there is some mistake.
The only other sound's the sweep
Of easy wind and downy flake.
The woods are lovely, dark and deep.
But I have promises to keep,
And miles to go before I sleep,
And miles to go before I sleep.
His house is in the village though;
He will not see me stopping here
To watch his woods fill up with snow.
My little horse must think it queer
To stop without a farmhouse near
Between the woods and frozen lake
The darkest evening of the year.
He gives his harness bells a shake
To ask if there is some mistake.
The only other sound's the sweep
Of easy wind and downy flake.
The woods are lovely, dark and deep.
But I have promises to keep,
And miles to go before I sleep,
And miles to go before I sleep.
